The efficiency of vibrating pile hammer is much higher than other piling machine. It adopt the control center built-in extension boom or located near to external main control valve to increase the confluence valve, make great use of the hydraulic power to drive the motor and drive the two eccentric shafts to rotate at a high speed, offset the horizontal mutual fo「ce, and increase the vertical direction power to produce high-frequency vibration.

 
 It adopts the same lubrication and oil supply system of the original arm to facilitate the filling of grease and ensure the service life.

Customized Extension Arm

Applied to pull or pile sheet piles, I-steel piles, cement square pile, cylinder pile and etc.
 

The egocentricity of the bearing hole is within 0.01mm as the gear box is processed by Doosan high-precision horizontal machining center. The compact structure improves the vibration force effectively.
The box body is matched with high-strength helical gears, close to the center distance, and the transmission torque is large while the steady starting to ensure the stable performance with small impact, vibration and noise.
In order to realize a greater use effect, it is repeated scientific experiments by using MAXMA rotating motor, Parker vibration motor, SKF box bearing, EVERPADS shockabsorbing block, 40Mn alloy cast steel chuck, krupp wear-resistant toothed plate.
Adopt two types of pipeline installation services. The four-in-one electronic control integrated control valve is prefabricated inside the attached arm before leaving the factory, which is easier for customers to install. After leave the factory, the four-in-one electronic control integrated control valve is installed on the boom requires professional to make maintenance.
According to the requirements of the working conditions, a wide range of accessories are provided to meet the various construction needs of customers, and the fixtures can be customized and replaced. The long reach boom arm, clamp, hydraulic piping line and other accessories are also supplied.
